Purchasing policies



Manufacturing defect:

Sherpa offers a limited lifetime warranty on its products to the original purchaser. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Sherpa reserves the right to approve weather the damage is a manufacturing defect or not.

If you encounter a problem with a manufacturing defect, please contact the retailer who sold it to you. You can contact Sherpa, if you purchased your product through our online store or by phone. If It is impossible to make the necessary repairs, Sherpa will replace the product (shipping costs will be provided by Sherpa). The choice of replacement or repair of the defective product is at the discretion of Sherpa. At all times, a copy of the invoice for your purchase will be required.

There is no warranty against wear and tear due to misuse or improper use of the product (Sherpa reserves the right to evaluate the product). We may, in this case, make repairs at a reasonable cost, at the expense of the buyer.

Customer satisfaction (purchase online or by phone):

Sherpa also offers a satisfaction guarantee (does not apply to clearance items or promotion). If you wish to exchange your Sherpa product, you can return it to the shop within 15 days of purchase. The exchange, however, is dependent on the availability of inventory of a similar product. A copy of your invoice will be required.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags still attached to the product. The product must not have been worn or have been washed. It must be in its original condition. Sherpa reserves the right to refuse any exchange if it does not comply to the criteria listed. The shipping fee will be covered by the buyer.


Return and Exchange

Clearance items or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged (final sale).

Bought from a retailer:
For items purchased from a retailer please contact the retailor.

Purchase with the manufacturer Sherpa:


For items purchased directly from the workshop (via telephone or via the online shop) you must contact us by phone (450-621-3043, toll free 1-877-621-3043) or by email (info@sherpacanada.com) before returning any defective product or exchange.

The defective product returns and exchanges must respect our warranty policies.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by an authorization number that you have previously obtained by contacting us by phone (450-621-3043, toll free 1-877-621-3043) or by email (info@sherpacanada.com). Enter this authorization number on the return / exchange form that you must include in your return package. You must also include a copy of the invoice in your shipment.

Send (the product, the form return / exchange form and a copy of the invoice) to the address indicated on the form.

To return defective product, shipping costs will be paid by Sherpa.

For an exchange, the shipping fee will be paid by the buyer. No exchanges on clearance items or promotion.

Where can I get a product Sherpa?

You want to get yourself a wonderful Sherpa product? Nothing is easier!


You can make an online purchase on our website (www.sherpacanada.com). You will receive an email from Sherpa to confirm your order. Your order will be payable by credit card via the secure site of PayPal transaction.

By phone:

You can also place an order by phone directly to the studio (450-621-3043 or toll free 1-877-621-3043) .

From a retailer:

You can also visit one of the many retailers offering Sherpa products. To find the nearest retailer near you, visit the "Find a Retailer" section on the Sherpa home page of their website (www.sherpacanada.com).



The prices displayed on the website and prices in retail stores may vary.

The prices on the website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

All prices are subject to change without notice.


Payment Methods

For online purchases made via our website, payments are supported by a secure PayPal service. You will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal. You will also receive via email a confirmation of your order from Sherpa.

For purchases made by phone, crefit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard).

All your shipping information transmitted to our website are secure and comply with our Privacy Policy. You can view this policy by clicking on the "Privacy and Conditions of Use" link on the home page of the Sherpa website (www.sherpacanada.com).


Product availability

Sherpa collections are produced in limited quantities. Therefore, suggest you buy all the desired items in a single order. 

Products displayed on the website are usually available in stock. If we encounter difficulties in shipping your order in the usual delay (4-7 working days), we will contact you.

During certain times of the year (holiday season, summer vacation), the production workshop can be closed. It will always be possible to place an order on the website during these periods, but the delivery time may be longer.

Please note that retailers are not required to keep all Sherpa products in stock. However, they can order it for you, so do not hesitate to ask!



We ship via Canada Post.

The recipient's signature is required upon reception of the package.

Delivery time is between 4-7 working days of receipt of order and payment.

Sherpa cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery.


Shipping Costs

For orders between $ 0 and $ 299.99, shipping costs of $ 9.95 will be added to the total bill (before taxes).
