Online:
You can make an online purchase on our website. You will receive an email from Sherpa Canada to confirm your order. Your order will be payable by credit card via the secure PayPal transaction site or via Stripe.
At a retailer:
You can also visit one of the many retailers offering Sherpa Canada's products.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Sherpa Canada's collections are produced in limited quantities. You will be assured while all the elements of your set are perfectly coordinated.
Products displayed on our online store are usually available in inventory. If we find it difficult to deliver your order within the usual delivery time (2 to 7 business days, depending on your location), we will contact you.
During certain periods of the year (end-of-year holidays, summer holidays, etc.), the production workshop can be closed. It will still be possible to place an order through our online store during these periods, but the delivery time may be longer.
Please note that retailers are not required to stock all Sherpa products. They can however order for you the goods, do not hesitate to ask them!

The price displayed on the website and prices at retailers may differ.
Prices on the website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or delivery charges.

PAYMENT METHOD
For online purchases made through our online store, payments are supported by the secure PayPal service and by Stripe. Then, by email, you will receive a payment confirmation and also a confirmation of your order by Sherpa Canada.
All your delivery information transmitted to our website is secure and complies with our privacy policy. You can view this policy by visiting our "Confidentiality" page and also via our "Terms and Conditions" page.
METHOD OF DELIVERY AND FEES
Delivery method:
Our deliveries of products are made by Canada Post.
The signature of the recipient is required at the time of receipt of the package, except for products received in envelopes.
The shipping delay varies from 2 to 7 working days after receipt of the order and payment.
Sherpa Canada can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
Shipping cost:
Delivery is free for all orders of $100 or more before taxes. For orders under $100 before taxes, the flat shipping fee is $10 for all products except hats and mittens, which are $4. These fees are the same regardless of the destination in Canada.
GUARANTEE
Manufacturing defect:
Sherpa Canada offers a limited lifetime warranty on its products to the original purchaser. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. The manufacturer is the only one to decide if the damage is a manufacturing defect or unsecured wear.
If you encounter a manufacturing problem with a Sherpa product, please contact the retailer from where you purchased it. If you have purchased your product directly through our online store, we invite you to contact us directly. If it is impossible to make the necessary repairs, Sherpa Canada will be able to replace the product (shipping fees will be provided by Sherpa Canada). The choice of replacement or repair of the defective product is at the discretion of Sherpa Canada. At all times, a proof of purchase will be required.
There is no warranty against breakage due to misuse or abuse: the product evaluation is performed by Sherpa Canada. In this case, we will be able to carry out repairs at a reasonable cost, at the expense of the buyer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
Items in liquidation or promotion can not be returned or exchanged (final sale).
For items purchased from a retailer, you must do business with him for any return or exchange.
Exchange:
If you want to exchange your Sherpa's product, you can return it within 15 days of receipt. We invite you to contact us by phone or email if you wish to exchange your product, since the exchange depends on the availability in inventory of a similar product. A proof of purchase will be required.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the labels still attached to the product. The product must not have been worn or washed. It must be in its original state. Sherpa Canada reserves the right to refuse any exchange if it does not meet the listed criteria. For any exchange, the shipping costs for returning fees will be insured by the buyer, and the shipping fees for the new product will be assumed bu Sherpa Canada.
Return:
For items purchased from our online store, contact Sherpa Canada Customer Service before returning any items for return or exchange.
Defective product returns and exchanges must comply with our current warranty policy. You must also include a proof of purchase in your shipment.
If you wish to return your Sherpa product, you can return it within 15 days of receipt. We invite you to contact us by phone or email if you wish to obtain a refund, since the reimbursment depends on the respect of the criteria. A proof of purchase will be required.

It must be in its original state. Sherpa Canada reserves the right to refuse any refund if it does not meet the listed criteria. For any return, the shipping fees will be insured by the buyer. If Sherpa accepts the refund, the customer will get the refund of product and taxes only, via the method of payment initially used.
